TalalTech is a growing tech startup building apps that help people and organizations make the most of their time, money and effort — without giving up their privacy.
Our vision
To become the most trusted and safe technology company in Canada and around the world — one that helps people maximize their resources and productivity.
Trust is earned in the details: what an app collects, what it never asks for, and whether you can walk away with your data. We build every app with that in mind from the first line of code.
What we make
We focus on a few apps and try to do each one properly:
- Calamus3 — Chat one-to-one and in groups with messages encrypted on your phone. No phone number, no email — just a username.
- AdaptivePlanner — Tasks move around your meetings, prayer times and deadlines automatically — no more shuffling your day by hand.
- Granteez — Granteez finds the grants your nonprofit actually qualifies for and drafts a first application grounded in your own documents.
How we think about privacy
Privacy is not a feature we add at the end. In Calamus3, messages are end-to-end encrypted and stored on your phone, so we could not read them even if asked. AdaptivePlanner reads your calendars on your phone and never uploads them. Granteez encrypts every organization’s documents separately.
Across all our apps, we do not sell personal information, we explain what we collect in plain language, and you can delete your data from inside the app.
